Shure E Series Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any E Series Earphones made from Audio Acoustics, Inc., you may return it within 20 days from the date of invoice for a full refund of the item price. To request your refund, please call us at 888-869-0770 or Email sales@homeaudiosuperstore.com to receive a return authorization number.

The products must be shipped to us in their original packaging, freight prepaid. Merchandise must be in as-new condition, and include all packaging materials such as user's guides, accessories, and any other items originally included with the product. Products returned damaged or missing packaging materials will be charged a 15 percent restocking charge.

NOTE: Refunds will only be made to the original credit card used to purchase products. No cash refunds. Freight charges to you or from you to us will not be refunded.
